Interviewee: I am the GM of the two companies.

Interviewee: We have 8 employees in charge of sales for import and export products.

Interviewee: Our company was established on 2010 and we have been in business for printer consumable products, the main markets are in North America and Europe. We had well established and stable partnership with our oversea clients after 5 years research and development. A pure chance in 2015 helped us to expand the product line bringing us to another field-edible decorating material in food industry application. This is niche market requires the technical support from traditional printing technology, In the meanwhile, it helps the variety in food decoration. With nearly 4 years efforts on fumbling and marketing development, we had reached strategic cooperative partnership with several famous oversea manufacturers to bring those high quality edible raw material to China market. The sales volume is increasing year by year.

Interviewee: We continue to enhance our position in the market by following key steps.
1. Optimize the cost and bring to our existing clients much more competitive pricing on premium products.
2. Increase research and development investment in conjunction with our partner factories.
3. Expand market influence, increase marketing budget to promote new products to our clients in and abroad.
Target: To have a dominant position in China market and acquire more new orders from oversea market.
8. Anton Tscherne: What is your company's main product or service? What competitive advantages does it have in the market?
Interviewee: Our main products are edible decorating material including different kind of edible paper (Wafer paper, photo transfer sheet, sugar paper), edible ink, food coloring, edible sugar topper etc.
These products are mainly for personalization and bakery shops and housewives are main users. They will custom for end user to increase the added value to satisfy the special demand. The great advantage is to make it unique from a standardized product.
