Host: Hello, Director Ding, as an entrepreneur in Cixi, Zhejiang University alumni association President, could you talk about, the establishment of Cixi homecoming alumni enterprises and its meaning?

Director: There are 117 students in Cixi, Zhejiang University School of Economics. Quite a few students are in the economic college. For example, Buckingham hotel has dozens of Zhejiang University alum. The first step right now is that we have established the Cixi homecoming, In the future; it is likely that each school of Zhejiang University students "circle" come together. We hope that through the platform of cixi homecoming the students can closely, actively be introduced to alumni enterprises energy and promote a alumni enterprises win-win cooperation. Alumni, on the other hand, through this platform, enterprises can discuss and communicate with other enterprise their development and solve the problem of lack of experience, support and promote each other and seek common development.

Host: Director Ding，Can you talk about your own business?

Director Ding: Before 1983, I engaged in repairing clocks. Thereafter I entered a state company - Cixi City Sugar Alcohol and Tobacco Co., LTD.,

It was engaged in cigarettes, liquor distribution. In the early 90 s, an accidental opportunity occurred, I went to a brewery to replenish our stock, and met a person there also replenishing his stock. He said that they have a beverage wholesale department to contract out. I considered it for a week, and then I started on an entrepreneurial career for the first time. On April 1, 1994, I set up my own company - Cixi City Trade Co., LTD, and until now have been in business for nearly 20 years. Now the company's main business is distributing all kinds of drinks such as Budweiser. Our sales coverage also extends to hotels, businesses, also has a family-owned retail wholesale department.

Host: Director Ding, as a successful entrepreneur, how do you think of the social responsibility of entrepreneurs?

Director Ding: Especially in the food industry, always put the lives of consumers in the first place. Therefore, from my point of view, an entrepreneur's social responsibility is, first and foremost, their products will do a good job andmake a high quality product. We are also responsible for the consumer, responsible to the people and take this issue honestly.
