1. What’s your position in your own company and how long has the company been in business?
Interviewee: I am the owner and the company has been doing business for 5 years.
2. Interviewer: Could you please tell me about your current business. What are you doing exactly?
Interviewee: We sell building material such as: brackets, adhesives, marble and stone bolts, nuts, cutting blades
3. Interviewer: Who are your main customers?
Interviewee: We mainly sell to construction companies that are building apartments, roads and bridges
4. Interviewer: Where are these customers mostly located?
Interviewee: In Pinghu China and surrounding area.
5. Interviewer: Would you like to expand your sales within China and perhaps overseas?
Interviewee: Yes. The quality of our building supplies are high. For example, we sell a fastener that is manufactured here in a Pinghu factory. These fasteners are made according to German quality standards.
6. Interviewer: That is true. I also visited that factory and actually spoke to the owner and he confirmed his German quality standard.
7.Interviewer: Is it true that many Chinese building projects now also want higher quality building material?
Interviewee: Yes. We have seen an increase in higher quality materials that the building companies request.
8. Interviewer: Would you also like to export your building materials to the United States, Europe or other countries in Asia?
Interviewee: Yes. Since the real estate building in China is slowing somewhat I wish to start exporting overseas. I would like to cooperate with USA building supply wholesalers.
9. Interviewer: How about shipping of your products overseas?
Interviewee: We have a very good port called “Zapo” which is very close. Also Shanghai and Ningbo port are only 1 hour drive away. There is a very good transporation nework in the Pighu area.
10. Interviewer: I also truly believe that some of your building material products have a good chance for success overseas because of their good quality. You've provided some great inspiration to women who are thinking about becoming an entrepreneur.
