Anton Tscherne: Please talk about why you currently are doing this work? What is the story?
Interviewee: Jiaxing City and State vocational skills training school was formerly known as Mount Future Vocational Training School and was renamed in January 2017. The future vocational skills training school was founded in 2010 in Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province according to labor and Social Security Department of the management of Zhejiang civilian-run vocational training school. Future human resource investment in Jiaxing, the Jiaxing city labor and Social Security Bureau also approved the training center.
Anton Tscherne: What is your company's product or service? What is its competitive advantage in the market?
Interviewee: Our state vocational skills training school is located in the center of Jiaxing City Xiuzhou district in Jiaxing cities economic center and Prime Villa district (Zhongshan Road 1519th). The geographical position is superior with convenient transportation. The school is based on the needs of society, relying on the "Bang Mang" brand, according to the O2O pattern. This allows us to offer excellent training resource for gathering, integrating, vocational skills training and certification such as innovation, entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurial skills training and business training and other kinds of training services. It also has set up e-commerce training for persons with disabilities as well as skills training for rural migrant workers. Courses cover induction training, marketing training, e-business training, human resource development and management, labor laws and regulations, and so on.
Anton: Could you briefly tell us about your schools faculty?
Interviewee: Yes. The school currently has a full-time staff of 25, including 10 full-time lecturers and part-time teachers which make for more than 100 employees. All full-time lecturers have a master's degree and hold a teaching certificate. With more than 2 people with high professional title, hold a vocational training certificate, the electronic commerce Division, Senior Economist training qualified teachers for more than 80%.
Anton: I believe you have e-commerce training. Exactly what will the students learn in that training and about how old are those students?
Interviewee: E-business training is a feature of our school projects which is mainly to help all those with business needs by studying successful realization of business knowledge and skills, employment and entrepreneurship, mainly for the community.
Anton: You offer classes for all ages. I believe you also beginners English for young children. Can you give us a brief introduction of your English language learning classes for young children?
Interviewee: We have a professional team of English education teacher’s, so teachers hold teaching certificate and have many years of teaching experience. The entire curriculum sets tone of voice and interests, is one of the school subject education highlights.
