Anton Tscherne: Today we are interviewing the sales manger at a popular hotel in Jiaxing China.

Thank you for meeting us today in the beautiful and modern lobby of the Morgan hotel. It is a pleasure to meet you. Could you please tell us your name?

Mr.Chen: Mr. Chen

Anton Tscherne: Could you also tell us the name of this beautiful hotel and brief overview?

Mr. Chen: The name of the hotel is Morgan hotel and we are located in the Nanhu District of Jiaxing.

Morgan Hotel is a comprehensive Business Hotel. The Morgan Hotel is operated and managed by the Morgan International Hotel Management Group and was built to 5 star standard and has many facilities such as: restaurant, KTV, Meeting room, SPA & Bath and rooms.

Anton Tscherne: Your Hotel had an opening ceremony in March 1, 2014. Many government officials from nanhu district and important people were at the opening. I was there and heard the speech of the Morgan Hotel leader from HK. I also attended the excellent meal served by your staff.

Was the opening ceremony a great success for you?

Mr. Chen: Yes, it was great. Many business representatives and government leaders attended the opening ceremony.

Anton Tscherne: I would like to ask a question about the hotels location in the Nanhu District.

There are a few other hotels in Nanhu and Shuzo district. Could you tell us the advantages of your hotel location?

Mr. Chen: We are close to the famous South lake. Dongzha Art district, Zhongang Mall and the new Wanda Mall.

Furthermore, we are within walking distance of the official Jiaxing World Trade Center where foreign business have their offices

Anton Tscherne: You have a beautiful high ceiling lobby and very elegant light colors. Can you describe the lobby to use?

Mr. Chen: as you can see the ceiling is very high and we have large pillars. The floors are marble and the front windows go up very high. There is a nice customer check in area and a café in the lobby.

Anton Tscherne: Your hotel has 205 rooms. Can you explain the decoration of the rooms and bathrooms?

Mr. Chen: The rooms have elegant styling and colors

Anton Tscherne: How many workers are there in the Morgan hotel?

Mr. Chen: Approximately 150 employees

Anton Tscherne: Your hotel has a banquet and restaurant service.

I have eaten in your hotel numerous times and the food tasted good. Could you please discuss the restaurants?

Mr. Chen: We have a buffet restaurant on the fifth floor. We also have individual rooms for eating on the 1st and 2nd floor.

There are 36 different styles of elegant restaurants. They are ideal for banquets and leisure as well as the business traveler.

Anton Tscherne: I also read that Morgan Hotel uses Fresh Organic vegetables and meat

Mr. Chen: Yes.

Anton Tscherne: I believe that your hotel group invested 300 million RMB in farmland which covers an area of 780 MU. I believe the plans are to develop this farmland into a multifunctional agricultural center. This farmland guarantees the source for the organic products in your hotels kitchen and advances the Morgan Travel and Leisure Industry. This is called agricultural tourism at the farmland and will have activities such as strawberry and grape picking.

Anton Tscherne: Where do you get the fresh vegetables?

Mr. Chen: I believe that your hotel has property in Hangzhou in the Xiao Shan District to grow fresh organic vegetables and meat. Also we have kitchen facilities in Hong Kong.

Anton Tscherne: I believe you also have a western food chef that was trained in Hong Kong by the Morgan Group. Do you believe this gives your hotel an advantage?

Mr. Chen: Yes. Many tourists still like to eat western food on vacation.

Anton Tscherne: Lastly, I heard you have a bath service. Could you please explain what this is and why it is so popular?

Mr. Chen: The bath and relaxation service has been very successful. This service includes a spa area consisting of a pool, showers and massage table

Also after bathing one can relax in different rooms with relaxing chairs. One can watch movies or see a live show.

There are also pool and ping pong tables. Also one can get food and fruit.

Anton Tscherne: I just wish to say that every time I stayed at the Morgan hotel I found a high quality of service from the employees and always enjoyed my stay.
