Interviewee: The Chinese Associations of Lecturers.

Anton: What is your position in the company?

Interviewee: Vice Chairman of the Chinese Association of Lecturers. In addition I am a sales trainer and public speaker.

Anton: In which city is the company located?

Interviewee: Shanghai City.

Anton: How many years have you been a professional public speaker?

Interviewee: More than 20 years.

Anton: You have 20 years of public speaking experience. About how many people have heard your speaking during the past 20 years.

Interviewee: About 500,000 people.

Anton: In China there is the Chinese lecturer network I believe you are in the top 50 speakers?

Interviewee: Yes. That’s true.

Anton: Please talk about why and how you choose your industry, what is your story?

Interviewee: I had a dream when I was a child to be a teacher so I like to teach other people how they can get a better life.

Anton: Please tell us about your personal experience or goal?

Interviewee: I am determined to help more than 5 million people to learn sales skills or personal development skills.

Anton: what is the company's service? What is a competitive advantage in the market?

Interviewee: I can offer the following services:

a. training seminars for sales people in companies.

b. I can also do large speaking events for companies to introduce their products and services. This can also be done for foreign companies in China because I am bilingual and have done presentations in both Chinese and English language.

Anton: Can you please tell us the names of the companies which you have done training or public marketing speaking for in the past?

Interviewee: Companies such as Amway（China), Siemens, Rainbow Group, Changhong Group and PICC.

Anton: Can you tell us the companies that you did management work for?

Interviewee: I Served as Marketing Director for the top 500 United States company ALTICOR Group and was also General Manager of Huayi International Travel Service.

Anton: Can you tell us the duties of a famous speaker?

Interviewee: I think as a famous speaker，you should learn more and always act in good behavior.

Anton: I heard you were on the cover of a business magazine. What was the name of the magazine?

Interviewee : I was on the cover of “The Management Magazine”.

Anton : You also wrote a book. What was the books name and what is it about?

Interviewee: the name of the book is “Must Know Psychology Knowledge about Selling. It is basically a book about learning sales skills.

Anton: Have you entered any professional speaker’s competition in China?

Interviewee: Last year I participated in a China famous speaker’s competition. I came in the top 10 among 800 speakers in China.
