Anton Tscherne: Please talk about why you chose this industry to do business in, what's your story?

Interviewee: It can be said that Ningbo is my lucky city. My wine company developed rapidly here and the business also began to expand outward. The commercial group built its own wine industry agent advantage and opened in the Ningbo Jiangbei District Sea-Yun Hotel, Ningbo Jiangdong New Hans Brazil Barbecue and the Hello Queen wine theme Experience Museum. We also founded a catchy music group and are called by our local friends as "Ningbo Wine King"

Being in the wine industry for more than 10 years, June not only realized the success of the business but also noticed a need to nourish the body because of the rich food eaten in the wine field. His body was starting to decline with fatty liver, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and other problems caused by obesity. He began to pay more attention to health due to a foreign friend's recommendation, he began to eat quinoa for weight loss. After six months his body was nursed back to a health level and at the same time he also found the great business opportunities with quinoa. The Chinese market understand Yu Yu wheat however because of the recommendation of foreign friends to understand this crop of the benefits of quinoa, I decided to introduce quinoa to the domestic market. I determined quickly to start the project and formed the Spyker Group Research Development and marketing department in an effort to create a fat reduction biscuit which was something new for the Chinese health market.

A rookie

June was born in Hegang to an ordinary family in Heilongjiang Province. After graduating from junior high school June's father died and in order to complete his dream he decided to leave his hometown to grow but was blocked by his mother. She refused to let anyone in the family give him money. However, this did not eliminate the idea out of his mind so in June 1995 he and friends left home and came to Qingdao with only 170 yuan. Ideals and ambitions are so pale compared to the maintenance of life. In Qingdao June found himself in addition to driving no other skills so for about one year he was a bus driver. June felt this is not the life that he wanted and he got together with friends to seek development in Lanzhou.

A hit and a nightmare

Only one month in Lanzhou he found this time to be the most boring period of time. He found in the city of northwest China no promising job so disappointed he continued south to Guangzhou. In 1999 June and friends went to Guangzhou together. From an early age the electronic equipment interested him and he felt the development prospects of electronic information technology were numerous. He decided to use the hard-earned money of three years of wages and opened with friends a shop. He began to sell second-hand mobile phones and he made social and economic progress. The small business shop became more and more prosperous and in just three years the profits were nearly one million and June received a 500,000 dividend and his quality of life improved. Next June decided to use these dividends as their second project as the start-up funds after careful deliberation. He chose to invest this money in the mobile phone parts processing factories because through frequent business dealings he learned that capital injections do not have to undertake any obligations however also enjoy factory profits through dividends. The first investment in this field by June went relatively smooth, but in the June the waiting for the dividends came to some bad news: The factory owner because of gambling owed a large amount of debt and after the sale of the factory fled with the money. This was a nightmare because seven or eight years of efforts were destroyed. June feel that the future of life was filled with despair, so he began to become more reclusive. Also, the shop he completely entrusted to friends lost its spirit.

From this bitter experience in the beginning and after a period of calm analysis he decided to leave the city and go back to the starting point-Qingdao. He decided to restart in Qingdao which is said to be the beer industry "paradise". Once back in Qingdao his first job was to sell beer. He accumulated some capital after the Qingdao railway station opened a hotel near his business. Having been cheated the first time June decided to be more cautious in the investment choices. He only did some second-hand housing project transactions but fortunately did not have much success. He worked hard nearly a year with little economic success. In the spring of 2004, by chance June came to Ningbo which was his first time to city and he fell in love with the life rhythm of Ningbo and the environment. He found that this is the place he wants to develop and live. He resolutely decided to give up the cause of Qingdao for the new development of Ningbo.

Anton Tscherne: Please tell us your company's development status and development direction or goal?

Interviewee: After careful deliberation he developed his own personal circle of wine in Qingdao for a year, and this became his biggest advantage. In 2005 he established the Ningbo June Chang Wine Co., Ltd., During the company's development process he felt the lack of management experience and began to invest in learning management knowledge used by some excellent companies to learn advanced management practices. After a period of progress in 2008, the June Chang Wine Co., Ltd. was changed to the Ningbo June Chang Trading Co., Ltd. This means that the company is no longer limited to the wine industry. Anton Tscherne: What is your company's main product or service? What competitive advantage does it have in the market?

Interviewee:
