Anton Tscherne: Today we are at the EXPERT MACHINERY CO.,LTD (AXB) factory to interview the sales manager Mr. Wang.

Mr Wang could you please tell us a little bit about the AXB company?

Interviewee: Expert Machinery Co., Ltd. ( whose predecessor is called Zhejiang Chuanglu Machinery Co., Ltd, established in 1999) is invested by Japan Toyo (H.K) Machinery Co., Ltd with registered capital USD 11 million.

Anton Tscherne: How big is the factory?

Interviewee: It covers an area of 36,500 m2 with construction area of 40,000 m2. It is located at the crossing of Yinhe and Zhenye Rd Nanhu District, Jiaxing. We are 2 km from the Highway exit of Jiaxing Economic & Technological Development Zone. Jiaxing unique geographical superiority is that it is about 100km from Shanghai and approximately 19 minutes’ by igh-speed railway.

Anton Tscherne: How many employees does the company have?

Interviewee: The company has more than 100 workers including 2 professors, 3 senior engineers and 16 engineers, as well as 4 technical personnel from Korea. We also established a long term scientific cooperation with University of Science & Technology Beijing and Central South University respectively. We have a team of serious, effective , united and honest employees. Our production is carried out with ISO9001-2000 system of quality management, following the developing concept of design specialization, production standardization and management diversification. AXB drafts < The national standard of China’s hydraulic breakers>, CL137 hydraulic breakers got the project of National Torch Plan, meanwhile 11 items won industry patent.

Anton Tscherne: What products does the company manufacture?

Interviewee: Our company is specialized in manufacturing hydraulic breakers, rock drills, diesel picks etc. These products are widely applied to mines, railway & highway, municipal construction, electrical power & telecom construction and building demolition. Our products are used for mining and crushing rocks, concrete pavement, bridge pier, removal of broken concrete, cleaning slag from ladle and furnace.

Anton Tscherne: Do you own specialized and high quality machines?

Interviewee: We own Okuma-600HB-R large scale horizontal machining center from Japan, Doosan 305 and 635 horizontal machining center, Puma A600 large-scale turning center, imported high precise internal and external cylindrical grinding machine, German vacuum thermal treatment production line and hydraulic breakers’ test beds
