Interviewee: I am the dean of Fujiang Orthopedics Hospital and also a bone traumatology doctor.

Anton Tscherne: What year was the hospital established? Tell me about the development process.

Interviewee: Jiaxing Fujiang Orthopedics Hospital was established in 2014 in the Jiaxing Nanhu District with the focus of improving the people's livelihood. It is a complete medical facility with a strong technical work force including the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for bone injuries and the fusion of modern high-tech in accordance with the two-standard construction of a bone trauma specialized hospital. It is a first level bone trauma hospital in Jiaxing.

Since the opening of the hospital, nearly 100,000 patients have been served as outpatients, with in-patient rehabilitation patients totaling nearly 10,000 patients. For more than three years we have not forgotten the social responsibility of the medical staff, in order to avoid the problems "due to poor disease, due to disease and poverty”. Thus far the hospital has organized a variety of public interest lectures and 800 free clinics to reach more people and visited over 2000 service community villages. Anton Tscherne: Please talk about why you have chosen this industry to work in, what’s the story?

Interviewee: I am a Fujiang person. My childhood home is in the birthplace of a Fujiang bone injury hospital. We inherited the development of more than 170 years of "Fujiang Zhang's Bone Injury Therapy" in his hometown and our heart feels very proud. "Fujiang Bone Injury" has built a reputation because of the continuous innovation of Fujiang bone injury techniques such as: the formation of "hand touch heart, pull the Fuzheng, pull extension traction, side push, push and press, squeeze the bone, surround and crowd, angle back, swing back, swing touch" and other methods.
