Liu Deng Qin: Owner and General Manager.
Anton Tscherne: When did you start your company ?
Liu Deng Qin: June 2015
Anton Tscherne: What is the name of your company
Liu Deng Qin: Jiawang Company
Anton Tscherne: Where are you orignally from?
Liu Deng Qin: I am from Jiangsu.
Anton Tscherne : Did you have a business in Jiangsu Province?
Liu Deng Qin: Our business is done through out China.
Anton Tscherne: Where are you main customers?
Liu Deng Qin: Our main markets are in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Huzhou.
Anton Tscherne :How many workers are there in the company?
Liu Deng Qin: About 20 workers.
Anton Tscherne: What kind of products does your factory make?
Liu Deng Qin: We have round papers and paper towels, they are different in sizes and dimensions.
Anton Tscherne: What materials are your products made form?
Liu Deng Qin: One product is made from wood liquid the other is made from sugar cane, which from Jiangxi.
Anton Tscherne: How much do you produce every month
Liu Deng Qin: Our monthly value is 1.2 million RMB
Anton Tscherne: Why did you choose this business and what motivated you?
Liu Deng Qin: I am interested in daily products they are very popular in China. I believe my products show my attitude to life just like the wind like no color or taste, I want to spread my product like the wind. I really believe our slogan which states real wind brings happiness to other peoples life.
Anton Tscherne: Do you have foreign customers?
Liu Deng Qin: Not yet, but I believe our quality can bring us foreign customers
Anton Tscherne: What about your quality control?
Liu Deng Qin: We take quality control very seriously, quality control begins by buying the correct raw materials. We also do the quality control at the packaging stage.
Anton Tscherne: I am very impressed that you have such a good working relationship with the workers. I spoke to some and they are very happy.
Liu Deng Qin: Yes. I believe in doing good. Happy workers produce better good quality products.
