Zhou Feng: It was built in 2012. The construction style is called Southern Yangtze River Ming and Qing.

Zhou Feng: We are in Xitang town which is just 1 hours drive from Shanghai and about 70 minutes drive to Hangzhou.

Zhou Feng: The hotel has 3 floors and 120 workers.
Anton Tscherne: About how many rooms does the hotel have?
Zhou Feng: There are 67 double rooms and 78 single rooms. A total of 145 rooms.
Anton Tscherne: Could you tell me the about your dining areas?
Zhou Feng: The dinning area can accommodate 600 guests, including private rooms, banquet rooms, western and Chinese restaurants, which makes it capable for large banquets, cocktail parties and social activities. It supplies superb dishes and typical Zhejiang foods.
Anton Tscherne: Xitang is a famous ancient city in China. Could you tell us some of the tourist spots in the area?
Zhou Feng: Xitang town has a history of more than one thousand years. Xitang has many rivers and has a very quiet natural environment.
Nine rivers converge in this town, dividing it into eight sections, and many bridges link this water town together.
Inside the town, there are many well-preserved architectural buildings constructed during the Ming and Qing dynasties, which boast a high level of artistry.
The whole old town is like a poem and the citizens feel like they live in an earthly paradise.
Anton Tscherne: Are there other tourist attractions near Xitang?
Zhou Feng: Yes. There are the famous ancient cities of Wuzhen and Dayun Town. There is also the Fenhu Lake which is cherished by many poets
Anton Tscherne: Does your hotel have a business or conference meeting rooms?
Zhou Feng: The business rooms are on the third floor of the hotel. It is equipped with high-resolution projector system, wireless microphone, and other conference devices.
It is very suitable for medium and large conferences, buffet reception, news conference, enterprise annual meeting, new product exhibition and wedding banquets.
Anton Tscherne: Can you describe the food selection in your hotel.
Zhou Feng: There are 2 parts. We have a breakfast buffet and a Chinese banquet.
Anton Tscherne: Where do most of your hotel guests come from?
Zhou Feng: Most guests come from Shanghai, Hongzhou, Nanjing. Basically from cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
Anton Tscherne: Why do most customers choose your hotel?
Zhou Feng: I believe it is because of our very good location in Xitang. It is close to the rivers and many scenic spots. We also have parking on site.
Anton Tscherne: I really enjoy the beautiful furniture and decorations in the lobby. Do you get foreign guests?
Zhou Feng: Yes. For example last month we had many guests from Korea stay in our hotel. Japanese guests also stay with us.
