Host: So could you briefly explain some of your products?

Chen Yuwen: Of course. Our products mainly focus on the home and electrical appliance.

Host: OK, electrical appliance.

Host: I see that you have screws, different types of screws.

Chen Yuwen: Yes，these are made of different materials, stainless steel, electroplated stainless steel，aluminium. The specifications are from M3 to M5.

Host: Very good. So there are different materials and different sizes.

Host: Which one is your best three selling product?

Chen Yuwen: The first is stainless steel screws.

Chen Yuwen: These also sell very well.

Chen Yuwen: It’s meant for a Japanese customer.

Chen Yuwen: Their customer is the top one in the Japanese home appliances industry.

Host: Do they also sell or export to United States or Germany?

Chen Yuwen: They do not sell directly to America or Germany, but not directly sold some products to America and Germany.

Chen Yuwen: But they make accessories for a Chinese company. That Chinese company mainly focus on export, so their products are also sold to different countries.

Host: Where exactly are you located?

Chen Yuwen: in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong province.

Host: Guangdong Province. Very good.

Host: Are there any benefits being in Guangdong?

Chen Yuwen: In that location, the price for the raw materials is low and stable.

Chen Yuwen: And the factory’s suppliers are near by and is very convenient ,have a lot of labors.

Host: Very good. That means you are very competitive with the prices, and you could offer high-quality products because of the good labor conditions.

Chen Yuwen: Yes.

Host: How large is your factory in square meters?

Chen Yuwen: This is about two hundred square meters. This is not very big .

Chen Yuwen: the whole is about 500 square meters including the dormitory and other facilities.

Host: About how many workers do you have?

Chen Yuwen: about fifteen.

Host: Apart from this trade show in Shanghai, your factory is very far away. Have you been here before at this Shanghai Trade Show?

Chen Yuwen: This is the first time here.

Host: The first time here, yeah. Very good, very good. Is this trade show very well-known to whole China.

Chen Yuwen: it’s Ok. This is their first time attend this. They heard about this.

Host: And are you the general manager？

Host: one final question. What do you look for , when you are thinking about the products to develop?

Chen Yuwen: Currently, we do not have a very specific plan of developing .However we can meet the requirements of their customers.

Chen Yuwen: This is the main aim at this time by attend this show to extend the overseas market.

Host: One last question about quality, is there any quality control measures do you have?

Chen Yuwen: We select the materials very strictly in accordance with customers’ requirements. The second is about procedure. And our moulds are made by the customers’ requirements too. After the mould has been used for a certain time that no longer good enough, we will definitely use a new one.

Chen Yuwen: They have very skillful standards to pick up the materials. The surface of the good material must be very smooth.
